       一般为了突出墙面有积水可能的构件应考虑排水坡度。骑墙GRC构件可排向屋面,附墙GRC构件应排向墙外,构件顶面排水坡度应不少3%。对于加气混凝土、空心砌块、轻质墙板和空心砖等轻质墙基体和旧建筑已经酥松或空鼓的墙体,设计立面和选用构件必须考虑墙体结构的安全性与可靠性,做出相应的结构设计与处理方案


GRC构件发展于二十世纪四十年代,但是由于当时采用的基材是碱度较大的硅酸盐水泥与普通的玻璃纤维复合,水泥中的碱很快把玻璃纤维侵蚀掉了,进而导致复合材料的强度下降。因为当这种水泥化时生产的氢氧化钙玻璃纤维中的SIO发生作用,使纤维强度急剧下降,生成水化硅酸钙破坏了玻璃纤维骨架结构。这样,大大降低GRC构件制品的力学性能,这无疑限制了GRC构件技术的发展。此后,的科学家把研究工作的重点转向了低碱度水泥和玻璃纤维的研制方法去了。1966年英国成功研究了一种含有一定比例子成份的塞姆费尔。这种玻璃纤维具有很强的抗碱腐蚀性能,可用作普通硅酸盐水泥的增强材料,为GRC构件的发展奠定了基础。青岛金玺泰GRC欢迎大家前来考察洽谈。
